Steel Grating Fabrication Process

Automated Forge-Welding
Our core production utilizes high-voltage, high-pressure automated welding machines. This process fuses the cross bars into the bearing bars, creating a rigid, one-piece structure with exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.

CNC Plasma & Saw Cutting
For custom layouts, we employ robotic CNC plasma cutters and precision saws. This ensures exact dimensional tolerances for complex shapes, circular cutouts, and specialized architectural requirements.

Heavy-Duty Banding
Cut panels are finished with heavy-duty banding. The banding is welded to the bearing bars, restoring structural integrity and providing a clean, finished edge suitable for high-traffic areas.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Our in-house galvanizing facility ensures every panel receives a robust zinc coating in accordance with ASTM A123 / EN ISO 1461, providing decades of maintenance-free corrosion resistance.
